After completing The Smarrelli Method I had a sudden feeling of tranquility; everything looked different. The belief I had wasn’t only holding me back from conscious parts of my life but also subconscious. I never had the confidence to let go of my negative or disempowering belief. I carried it like it was my best friend for over 20 years. Frank gave me the confidence, support and comfortable environment to finally say goodbye to my best friend and begin to live a fulfilling life. Frank helped me realise that I had been denying myself the ability to enjoy life and to feel alive. So simple yet so powerful, that is my opinion on The Smarrelli Method. I had approached Frank as I realised I still had persisting hesitation present within me with regard to fulfilling my business vision and that I would potentially destroy all that I had built over many years if I did not address this barrier quickly.
